Food Products

All our food products are handmade and in small batch's and packaged right here on Kangaroo Island. We believe in simple ingredients with no additives or preservatives where possible. Currently we are not selling these food products via the website but they can be found in a variety of retailers around the Island.

Fudge

Our fudge is made in small batchs to ensure its always the freshiest when our customers receive it.  We don't add any extra preservatives and we try to keep all our flavourings as natural as possible.  Because of this, the shelf life is much shorter than mass produced store bought fudge and is generally around 6 weeks from production - provided it's kept correctly.

Most of our Fudge has a high chocolate content therefore will soften and spoil in warmer temperatures and all fudge is best kept at room temperature, (ie the pantry.) That being said, personally I'm quite partial to it out of the fridge and sliced into little pieces, but I don't recommend you keep it long term in the fridge as it will dry out and loose its flavour.  For long term storage place it in an air tight bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Popcorn

Our Eden signature popcorn is our Ligurian Honey Popcorn. With simple and minimal ingredients you won't find any preservatives or flavourings in this popcorn, just air popped popcorn coated in a delicious Kangaroo Island Ligurian Honey mixture.  Sure to tickled the tastebuds and have you picking sticky goodness out of your teeth for hours to follow :)
